The annual IAME General Assembly will take place on Tuesday 2 September 2025. It will be organised face-to-face from Athens and also remotely for all members.

- In presence from Athens (Karpos offices, Sevastoupoleos 19, Athina 115 26, Grèce)
Why attend the Annual General Assembly?
As a member of IAME you are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Assembly. As a full member or organisation you will have voting rights at this meeting. By joining :
- Members have the opportunity to vote on important decisions concerning the future of the association.
- Members can obtain detailed information about the Association’s activities, finances and management over the past year.
- This is the time when the annual financial report is presented, enabling members to understand how the association’s funds have been used.
- It is an opportunity to meet other members, strengthen the network and collaborate with people who share the same interests or objectives.
- Members can give feedback on past activities and suggest improvements.
In short, participation in the annual general meeting is essential for the members of an association because it allows them to become involved in governance, to obtain transparency, to strengthen their sense of belonging and to contribute actively to the development of the organisation.
Call for management board members
During the General Assembly the management board will be renewed.

As full member of the association, you can stand for becoming member of the board for a mandate of 3 years.
If you are willing to be involved actively to the development of IAME, become a candidate! The management board meets online about once a month. Together they discuss and prepare the future activities of the association and try to involve IAME in international partnerships and projects.
To be considerate as a candidate, you should complete your membership as full member and send an application letter with explanation of motivation and a short CV to [email protected] before 17th of August 2025.
In practical terms, the candidates will be presented at the General Assembly on 2nd September and the full members of the association will vote to elect them on that day.
